• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I may be in the minority but I’d sign Idah. I like his all round game and he’d definitely give us something we don’t have up front. Also has experience of the championship and I think he’s capable of scoring 12-15.
They don't rate him at Celtic and his record for Norwich isn't great.

Sorry, would rather we stick with Zan,Cullen and Wales.

Kone can't play as a lone striker(ask the Wycombe fans) so I think we got lucky with that one.....don't understand why we went for him with us playing a lone striker.
He played a lone ST the whole 1st half of last season when he was on fire? Then Wycombe made an awful appointment who didn't have a clue and killed the whole team.

From Kone to Idah and some 5'6 bloke who can't get into an MLS team Jesus.

Please just bring in a prem loan and don't panic.

I mentioned Tzminas a few days ago and he got 2g+1a tonight, he could be possible

He was loved initially at Celtic, so much so that they signed him permanently. Scored 13 in his first full season there which isn’t amazing but solid for a player in their early 20s. I get his record isn’t the best but we aren’t going to pay for an already prolific striker.

Finally managed to get into the database today properly and the threads do seem to be lost forever - there is no trace of the previous stickies in there at all ☹️I suspect whatever the attack was was designed to wipe the forum completely but only seemed to hit the sticky threads

user registration has now been set for admin approval which slows down the genuine new registrations but protects the site so a necessary evil
