I was driving back to Swansea recently on my own listening to Ken Bruce, and the "Tracks of my years" feature came on. I began thinking what my 10 tracks would be. They have to be tracks that are relevant to you for your own personal reasons. I thought it might be interesting to start a thread on this to see what others might put.

No need to put reasons why you included a song. Mine cover a period from the early 70s up to 2001, and my criterion was that each song evoked a specific memory; 10 songs per the radio feature.

Sorry if this sort of thread has been run before

My sweet lord - George Harrison
Blinded by the light - Manfred Mann's Earthband
More than a feeling - Boston
Baby I love your way - Peter Frampton
Born to run - Bruce Springsteen
The way it is - Bruce Hornsby
Shattered dreams - Johnny Hates Jazz
One summer night in Brazil - The Rippingtons
No surprises - Radiohead
Wherever you are - Neil Finn

Great thread, I could add another 10 to this list at least. Everyone brings significant memories, fantastic.

Prince Charming - Adam & The Ants
Sally Cinnamon - Stone Roses
9 to 5 - Dolly Parton
House of Fun - Madness
Unbelievable - EMF
Cathy's Clown - Everley Brothers
1999 - Prince
This is How It Feels - Inspiral Carpets

Glad you think so dicky! For anyone thinking of contributing, remember this is not about your favourites, and you may even choose to include songs you don't necessarily love, but are ones that make you think of certain times in your life

Tough one this but there are far more than 10 :)
