Their rooms are lovely, especially the bigger (and more expensive) ones. Always had good food there and no problems with the staff, although I'm sure I read the owner there being one of those in the media talking about the difficulty of getting staff these days. Hopefully they'll improve the situation in the future.
Sounds like a cracking trip and reading the above has made me hungry! :lol:
