Tehran is really good, I watched up to Season 2, then it stopped, with the ongoing conflict, but I have just noticed that Apple have finally released Season 3, which I will definitely get stuck into shortly.Need a recommendation for apple TV...already watched Slow Horses.
Is that subtitles all the way through? Watched the first five mins then sacked it due to the subs.Tehran is really good, I watched up to Season 2, then it stopped, with the ongoing conflict, but I have just noticed that Apple have finally released Season 3, which I will definitely get stuck into shortly.
Too be honest, it’s been so long since I watched it, I can’t say 100%, but I have a vague recollection of subtitles, you should have persevered with it NJ, come to think of it, yes subtitles, but after the first episode you hardly notice them, I’m absolutely chuffed Apple have finally released Season 3, off the top of my head sure it’s been paused since late 24.Is that subtitles all the way through? If you want to see how brilliant Shakespeare really is, start with my favourite comedy, Much Ado About Nothing, with some brilliant actors playing it. If it's still on You Tube, have a butchers at the live theatre recording featuring David Tennant and Katherine Tate. Absolutely 'oytstandin'.Jury is still out on the first part of Lord of the Flies for me , great scenery but a bit drawn out in some of the dialogue .
Will keep at it if only to appease my English Literature O level teacher to read it through as part of the end of term maybe questioning as he advised strongly .
Prime time Sunday Night tele on The Beeb , they really have to make it viewer friendly because if I remember it was a then classic must have book , now from a bygone era .
Shakespeare put me off big time too , good pub quiz answers in some of his writings though .
I did pass that O Level exam thereafter .
It’s more than decent in fairness. Bit of a ball ache having to read subtitles though, can only watch one episode at a time, then my eyes are worn out and ready for a kipI hope you enjoy it, I have to give some credit to Mr Ronald Parp, he was the one who first recommended it.
