What nutter takes over if Martin goes?

The thing is we all thought we was skint before we signed Martin with compo, so I wouldn’t completely rule out us paying him off, I can’t imagine he’s on a huge chunk having come from bottom half of League 1.

I reckon we could talk Laudrup back.
He's doing a bit coaching kids, but I think he'd jump at a chance to properly manage again. Please come back Michael

Oh god that would be wonderful

Don't tease us like that

Not a chance in hell, he'll want players and he'll want a decent wedge, Player and Manager with his credentials ain't gonna sell himself short, by working for Rissole and Chips from Rossi's.

Laudrup didn’t actually spend a stupid amount of money but yeah won’t happen unfortunately

Haha good joke that.

He had trouble coexisting with Huw in the Prem. Him working with these owners in the Championship is unimaginable.

Ian Evatt was a name linked to us before we got Cooper I believe, plays an attacking possession style game, done a decent job at Bolton.

He's going nowhere anytime soon. He's their man. That interview when he talks about the direct line should tell you just how secure he is.

But is he fooling himself?

Good relationships count for very little when the facts add up

Bradley was their man even more, but when the crowd made up its mind, he was toast. Martin would crumble under a barrage of 'get out of our club'. His ego would explode.

Let's hope that something unexpected happens and something clicks to get us back on an upward trend. Unfortunately, it seems that any 'sit down analysis with the players' will avoid any criticism or analysis of his part in things. That's not going to help.

It took the threat of a change of league status to get rid of Bobly. It'll take the same here IMO.

His comments yesterday really were quite poor. There's only so many times you can throw your staff under the bus before they simply down tools.

We'll probably win on Saturday. It's how these things usually go.

Edit - I think we forget how long they actually gave BB after the crowd turned. Crowd was toxic after the sale, Jenkins was getting major flak, the Trust had publicly called for BB to go etc. They gave him more time than almost anyone else would have.
