Williams out

People are just being silly here - that performance yesterday had the Luke Williams stamp all over it.

The style of play was pure Luke Williams - what happens from the coaching team during team talks is minimal compared to the hours on the training ground.

Plenty of managers past and present have done this - we’ve had the kit men and kitchen staff giving team talks in the past … no one was complaining then.

Onwards and upwards!
And this is the correct answer, has much has others will deny it.

The fact is, there’s a growing momentum and perfect storm brewing.

Ambitious next level owners want and deserve far better than Williams who has shown his true colours in recent weeks.

A familiar story, which has a clear and obvious conclusion, ‘prompto’.

Who we replacing him with then Einstein?

That’s the beauty of it right now, we absolutely don’t need to replace him (and one or two of his staff).

We have a quorum, a management team already in situ : delivering effectively, efficiently and entertainingly where winning is their aim. So refreshing.

So if we carry on winning, it's because Williams isn't really in charge. If we stop winning, it's because Williams really is in charge. Sounds like a strange reality to live in, but each to their own.
Then again been living in the ‘it’s down to Williams’ when we win and “the players are crap, he can’t do nuffink” when we lose, for knocking on a year now.

I don’t think either is right. He really hasn’t helped us with tactics, subs and selections (I defy anyone to say otherwise), but he’s part of the upswing now, however he’s doing it. If it continues, and I don’t just mean results…we look…different, then no problemo.

Aye that about sums it up. But the rest of us aren’t clever enough to understand see.

But Willy isn’t actively part of the upswing.

And that’s the salient thing.

The other salient thing is : some of our new owners have witnessed how bad it can become if the Willy and his ilk are given free reign to embellish their CVs at massive opportunity cost to our Club.

We didn't get out of second gear against Sunderland, QPR weren't good enough to capitalise on that. If they had got 1 goal who knows what would have happened.
How can "If they had got 1 goal who knows what would have happened", possibly be an argument?
We totally dominated a team unbeaten in 7 and didn't give them a sniff at goal in the 1st half, then pretty much closed the door on them in the 2nd.
We stopped them getting that "1 goal", because we were good.

It's all down to Shrodinger's Grimes. He's both unable to organise anything on the pitch but is also taking over the club. Or something :ROFLMAO:
