Williams out

Yep... If he doesn't go then I have no hope. Well I have no hope now. But it's groundhog day. Cannot be shipping goals and losing the way we are. We an call out players, but Williams is in charge and if he wants to sink with a ship then do it, but not with our club.

I really can’t see him surviving this, and he deserves the sack. The only reservation I have is who would come here to work with our budget as a mid table club with obvious deficiencies off the pitch.

But ye, I’m on the Williams out side of the fence now, had ample time to change and has chosen to be stubborn with his approach.

Conceding plenty of utterly unavoidable goals is a feature of the kind of football he and his mentor like to play. It was insanity to expect anything different from him.

We started off shipping goals by the shedload, but that brief period convinced a lot of us, me included for a while, that things were going to be different.

Today is my breaking point. I'm 100% on board with the Willy Out. That second Norwich goal was absolutely wild, no professional football team should have that defensive shape when you've just restarted a match. It's Bob Bradley/Kevin Cullis levels of bullshit that is.
It's not gonna be a quick fix with Williams going but it will be a start. He has to go. Key needs reigning back, drifting in midfield and giving ball away. Tymon needs to defend. Less going back with the ball. Grimes is giving it away way too often this season and it's clear the team have lost faith.

We have shipped a huge amount of goals to three very poor sides in 3 of our last 4 matches. That is without mentioning the dross tactics that he has stuck with most of the season and the clear downward trend for months. There is no turning this around, he has shown that he cannot try something else when his tactics aren't working. He has to go today or the crowd will be toxic until he does.

Didn’t see much point getting rid when we were looking comfortable in mid table. But since Christmas we’ve had four absolute thumpings in a row away from home, not even against good sides. We’ve definitely been sucked in to the relegation battle and we look worse every week. Defense is an absolute shambles at the moment, some of the goals we conceded today were hilariously amateur.

Be surprised if he’s still in charge next weekend now after that.

We need people with football experience running things. Getting rid of Kaplan and Levien but ending up with Coleman is an opportunity missed unfortunately.
100% but alot of all this downfall could of been avoided. If anyone says non of this started with West Brom links and Williams wanting out then they have 0 idea. Yes Williams hasn't done great before this but he had what little respect he had with players and fans. When your boss wants out, then it's clear message to players.

Don't put your hopes for Coleman doing anything before Coventry.

Don't forget, he is not qualified to be making football decisions of this nature. We are all, pretty much to a man now, convinced it needs to be done immediately after today's game. But he isn't a fan, and he doesn't understand this sport.

We may well have to go through the unedifying spectacle of the Coventry game being 90 mins of Coleman getting dog's abuse from what crowd bother to turn up. It might just take that to get him to understand what is needed.
