Ive had a gutsful of manager hunts involving the Club and the Trust (the clubs puppy) saying "we need the Swansea Way" and then employing a fucking manager who has no idea how to play any other football than some tippy tappy crap that is so easy to play against.

Williams should be gone before Monday. Russell Martin in a different beard (and worse)

Give me a Manager who doesn't take shit but is respected. Also someone who has more than 1 tactic and willing to get that arm band off grimes. I have never seen Grimes talk to the players during play and get them to do better when they fail. He might clap and try and get them going that's it. Most of the time he just walks off and puts his finger to his nose and blows. And this is coming from a Grimes fan
The team needs a proper leader on the pitch and off it

Once linked with us, I don't think anyone would touch us now. Maybe he has a distant family member who is as intense as him We do have a pep rip off. It's not impossible

Some have lost any promise they had.
Our tactics are embarrassing (literally, opposition laugh at us)
His positional selections and substitutions are ridiculous.

How anyone cannot think he’s a major part of the problem (of course not the whole problem) is beyond me. We can’t change the team or the owners. We can change this hapless plum.

Get him gone, and get someone in that can get a grip of these workshy, sackless, unprofessional bastards. No more trendies, Peppa wannabes, or ‘Swansea Way’ arseholery. Do I trust Coleman to get anyone decent? Not really, but we just have to try. This is killing us.

Rome wasn't built in a day. But the colloseum is near gone now. We won't get rid of the rot but we need to get rid of some of it and build upon this. I fear Coleman appointed him and won't get rid to save face. Could be wrong, but he wmt do himself any favours by keeping him it's like a plaster. Rip it off fast, non of this slow and steady crap

It's a very good point there that perhaps goes under the radar a little. The calibre of people we have these days on the "Trust" (inverted commas there, entirely deliberate) should fill no one with much hope if they are in any way leaning on Coleman and influencing matters. P

You may as well ask the club shop cat what they think, you'd probably get more sense.

We need somebody who has no connection with the Swans, get rid of Williams & the whole coaching team. Somebody with experience & somebody who will sort out the boring sideways passing & look forward & take the captaincy off Grimes & tell him to pass forward.

Then the club fell for the trap of sticking with Garry Monk who was doing well with a squad he inherited from Laudrup but was systematically dismantling. It was the turning point and the beginning of our decline that has carried on year on year ever since
