• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I fear the season ticket renewal rates.
Would love to know what the renewal rate is right now.

Attendances will continue to dwindle the ways things are going.

I didn't renew this season and don't have any plans to attend any home games either. I've lost complete interest in all of it.

That must include season tickets. It didn't look like a stadium with just over thirteen thousand people there.
Don't ask me how I may happen to know this but, yes, it does. And the number through the turnstiles, "I heard", was 8,100.

That figure certainly looks more realistic.

The attendance for Coventry will be interesting, especially if we put in another away performance like Portsmouth and Cardiff.

It absolutely makes my mind boggle how people just can't see past getting rid of Williams. Never mind the lack of depth in the fucking squad, he doesn't know how to utilise what's already fucking there. We can replace him in the Summer. Sheehan or Cyril can take over till then. We've had the same shit for a year. It doesn't work. He doesn't work. One improved performance since Saturday (which wasn't exactly difficult to improve on) and the usual crap of need new players/squad's not that bad etc gets spewed out. No. The first thing we need is replacing the totally out of his depth and/or inept manager.
and, definitely and.

I didn't renew last season but saw a few games. This year I ain't been once. I love the club but I'd rather watch in the house and comment on here than the effort of going down to watch that shite surrounded by baying sheep who are apathetic to it all.

My last home game was QPR, couldn't tell when I'll be going again.

I'd rather waste thirty quid on other things these days.

I was expecting a big turnout tbh. I know its a Tuesday night, but they're flying and a decent sized club.

I think we've made up our minds. Next season will be our first without a season ticket for 36 years.
