I agree, you can never say never, but we have to win our games in hand and then keep a very good run going. To expect a player who has had very little game time, playing in a different country and team mates to help produce the near instant turn around in our results is a very big ask. If the play offs aren't achievable then let's hope that he can aid development of the team for next season.

It’s definitely a punt on the play-offs. Need a decent attacking midfielder - especially as Patterson seems to have got the hump. Let’s hope he lives up to his promise for once and it‘s third time lucky.

Villa got promotion from a worse position at this stage of the season… get a good centre back and a good left full back and it’s not out of the realms of possibility.

Grimes, Downes, Ntcham, Wolf/McAtee, Piroe is hell of a midfield / attacking force.

If I remember correctly they were actually mid table even at the end of February, the Championship is an unpredictable league especially after Christmas, anything can happen, strap in!!
