Where are the rumours of new owners even coming from? And what are the actual rumours?

I don't think I've seen anything other than people saying "there are rumours of new owners", which then gets repeated as the rumour

Until it happens or doesn't then it's going to be rumours especially when the guy who controls it hasn't been over here for how many years now!?

Nigel Morris seems to be the key here, he is a very wealthy guy and still has his fingers in new ventures that seem to be making him more money.
He got introduced to the club by Morgan a few years ago and has since put a bit of investment in but wants to be involved more and have something to take his time in his older years(he is 65) rather than all business.

But on the other hand, a few other rumblings that there is another guy/group who are interested but I have not heard who these are.

All rumours of course unless something happens, sure someone else might have another rumour to add to it.
Would be good to hear others insight to see if anything matches.

Disgruntled fan base, crap owners, these type rumblings will always happen, the majority of the them in hope rather based on any solid facts.

Funny you should mention that I've just spoken to the post man who know's a fella that knows a fella (for obvious reasons I can't mention their name) and we're about to be possibly bought out by someone who breaths oxygen and has two legs.

It's early days at the moment and we're possibly looking to sign a left back and goal keeper in January maybe July or June....

Tough one to answer, ideally we get it sorted quickly whilst we are still in the champ.
What is happening with Nigel Morris presently, is it happening with him?
I think Martin Morgan is due back in the country with something Swansea related anytime now. I think something is on the the horizon soon.

There has been some changes at Companies House seems another American group but no shares allocated as yet..
Its another LLC and as has been said elsewhere Morris' shareholding has been dilured with the last few share issues

That was my question though, where have the rumours originated from/what are they based on?

It seems like someone has just said "I've heard a rumour that there may be new owners coming" and that has been repeated so the only rumour is that there's a rumour of new owners.

You say Morris wants to be involved more, where has that come from? Likewise, the "other rumblings" you mention. Is this all just hearsay from fans who are trying to will it into existence?

The current owners have been very, very poor but in a fire sale following relegation they'll be out to minimise losses and won't give a flying f**k who they sell to.

A fair few clubs have or have had even worse owners than us over the years so we could easily be out of the frying pan into the fire.
