Anyway, it wouldn't be a new season without SwansTV being incompetent! To the match thread!
Haha. Tell me about it. Last year it was audio issues, this year its subscribe to watch button. Good thing we can vent between us 😂😂

Actually made me laugh the half time #jacksathome. They skipped all the feedback in relation to issues with people complaining. No apology shocking stuff.

I've cancelled my monthly payment now, to purchase a year one-off payment, but surely my previous monthly payment for August should cover today (it's due for renewal tomorrow). Strange.
I cancelled my monthly payent in May as I didn't want to pay £75 for 3 months when there were no games to watch then bought the one year one last week but couldn't get in yesterday. Eventually paid a tenner just for yesterday's game and no problem. Not happy with that though.

You should request a refund for the extra £10 you spent, they did eventually "switch on" the feed for those of us with the season pass, and I got this response from tech support;

"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the error you experienced while using our service.
We understand that this has caused frustration and we want to assure you that we take this matter seriously and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

We did identify the cause of the error and our team worked diligently to implement a fix, this resolved the issue and the service was resumed. At this moment in time, any refund requests will be sent to the club and reviewed Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm.

In the meantime, we have put measures in place to minimise the impact of the error on the service.

Thank you for being so understanding,"

Anyone else having buffering issues every so often on Swans TV?
Mine went down at least 8/9 times in the first half and for at least 2-3 mins each time. That’s on the website, I’m getting absolutely nothing on the app which is repeatedly showing a pop-up stating “Something Went Wrong”.

I had the same on website. It's buffered half dozen times and even went to Swansea graphics at one point. I have contacted support they are useless. I have not tried app. But I would report this also if I was you.

Exactly the same. The app has not worked at all for streams since the end of last season - it’s up-to-date but is giving nothing. I’ve just sent another email to support - the last one was 3 weeks ago and despite an initial holding reply I’ve heard nothing since. Apparently the decision on refunds sits with the club but I’ve not been provided a contact person to allow me to follow up. That’s the most recent league games not streaming, the separate charge for non-existant pre-season friendlies plus the monthly charges over the summer when there were no games. Well over £100 charges since the end of last season for nothing

Got to love Swans TV.

Hi.... ,

When buffering happens, this is related to the internet connection and very rarely to the stream itself, I have spoken with the OPs team who handle and monitor all the streams and they have confirmed there were no outages during this event.

I understand this isn't the answer you expected but we want to get your issue fixed and resolved asap , please find below some factors that can hugely affect your broadband and potential viewing/ listening.

We would always get you to check with your supplier for the best and most effective way to improve and maintain a great broadband connection and to see to if there has been any drop outs or dips in the connection.

Clearly all our internet connections went down at the exact same times throughout the match. Mine buffered 6 times in the first 5 mins of the second half and didn’t get much better after that… despite everything else I’m streaming having absolutely no problems, being sat right next to the router and having 500Mbps 😂

What he said! We are making strides to attract international fans through our new ownership and marketing structures - but watching the game from outside the stadium seems beyond us.
Note to ownership - make this a priority to support growth.

Yeah shame it wasn’t raised at the fans forum last week. It is an issue that doesn’t seem to be being taken seriously enough.

I’ve sent a complaint through today, if all those affected do so, hopefully they’ll take note.
