Be fair. I had problems every game for years. Lightning strike blew my PC etc. Bought a new one and no buffering every since. After reading up on a new PC RAM was stated as being important for streaming/online game playing. Just trying to help others. I have had no buffering problems since my new PC so if it was solely the club stream I should still have the buffering issues and I have none. Want to laugh, fine go ahead.

That new equipment PC and latest router and instantly all the live tv channels on Amazon dont buffer anymore.

All those TV stations and SwansTV did not fix THEIR streaming the SAME DAY I got new equipment so in my case it is definitely down to my equipment.
My £1500 tower that I bought 3 years ago was buffering this weekend, with top notch broadband. My Sky streams buffer probably once every 5 or 6 years. It’s not our end.

Update for all those interested.

From Swans TV -

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your continued support of Swans TV.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced, and I completely understand your frustration. We apologise for the recent issue which have affected fans experience of SwansTV.

We can are aware that the issues such as the delayed start to the Middlesbrough stream were not isolated to you and was due to an issue on our end. We should have communicated that more clearly at the time, and I apologise that this wasn’t the case. Thank you for your feedback regarding this weekend's stream, I have passed on your comments about buffering issues to the relevant team and they are investigating why this occurred.

I appreciate how disappointing this must be when you’ve paid for a service and expect a reliable experience. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can continue working on improving the stability of the platform and, just as importantly, the way we keep fans informed when issues do arise.

Regarding the cancelled pre-season match, I have processed the refund for the cancelled pre-season stream - it's on its way and will hit your bank in the next few days.

Thank you again for raising these issues. We value your loyalty as a season pass holder and want to make sure the service reflects that.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I will be happy to assist you.

Regards,
SwansTV Live Support
Got the same last night.

I'll take the credit 😂😂😂. I got the Swansea Trust to speak to them and also Keith from Indy to do a forum post and now speaking with their marketing department. I can't guarantee it's gonna solve everything but they got back to me with this.

Hi.....

I totally understand your frustration with the Swans TV Live service this season, we’ve faced multiple challenges. The service is reliant on multiple platforms working together in conjunction with each other, so a lot of the issues we face is due to one of them platforms either not working the way they should, or not connecting to one another.

The pre-season match – this was due to an issue from our broadcasting partner, where the club didn’t receive the feed in time for the match. The club announced this prior to kick-off, and refunded supporters. You, as a pre-season bundle holder, was refunded £5.

The Middlesbrough match, some supporters received issued up until the 31st minute – we’re currently undergoing an investigation on where this issue lies which is taking a bit longer than we’d have liked, but if you’d like to request a part-refund, or a refund/ removal of your annual pass please let us know.

You will get the full credit after the first game broadcast without any issues;) (Hopefully this weekend).

So did everyone have buffering issues on the Watford game?
Dare I say it, it was perfect. I did push the media team to start early and they did, 30 minutes. Not sure how much they listened but it was perfect stream from start to end, it didn't even cut off in extended time. I'm not gonna hold my breath, but they listened at least for time being.

I liked it when they started early and had sionned doing a pre game. Interviewing people, showing past highlights etc. Made it more worthwhile and surely that gives them 30 mins to sell ads so

Yeah it was so much better when they had her present it. I understand they are cutting costs, but it's just basic now. I mean they had issues with their stream every year. Since relegation but its gone down hill so much. Fingers crossed the stream works well next Saturday.
