• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

We need to braver on the rotation and subs.. Key, Franco, Burgess, Galbraith all playing 3 games in a week is questionable. We bench Yalcouye who is the fittest of everybody. When we can use 6 subs we don't use Widdel or Benson and content to sit deep in panic mode.

Not sure why Eom and Idah came on, we looked noticeably weaker and less of a threat although our midfield was out on its feet second half.

Very laboured in his approach and even coming on fresh he seemed to late to every loose ball.
We have got this one wrong, I don't see him suiting our system and style at all.

Felt sorry for the players today. They stayed in the battle, should have been 2-0 up early doors and got done by a linesman's call 1st half.
This is what really pisses me off. We're clearly a very good side when we attack teams and should've been 2-0 half time. Sheehan has a nasty habit of shutting up shop early. He rightfully receives the plaudits on Wednesday and should rightly receive the criticism today. That second half was cowardly

To sum things up:
Too late with some of the subs. For all of his heroics, Galbraith was tired and Yalcouyé could have come on twenty minutes earlier. Don’t bash Idah, it’s clear that he can score goals, and he will in the same way Vip has done, when given service. Our creativity to provide this service continues to be our Achilles heel. It’s Sheehan’s job to develop the fix for this. The right back spot, whilst being far from a disaster, is the next area to upgrade. Overall, the trajectory is upwards. That’s me done, we’re off out for a drink. 👋🏽

Ridiculous to criticise Idah at this stage. What is he supposed to do with no service, brought on for 20 minutes when we’re completely out of the game.

None of that was on him.

Bookmark me on it all.

Idah is going to be a poor signing 😁
Im happy to put my head on the block for this one, it's clear as day for me.

Benson tore zinchenko to shreds Wednesday and didn't come in for a very poor Ronald today? What on earth is that about?

Franco has been poor this season but stays on and yalcouye hets 5 minutes after being excellent on Wednesday too?

My mate who is a Celtic season ticket holder reckons Idah is the worst player he’s ever seen in green and white.
I said this a couple of weeks ago in the thread when we signed him.
My mate said make sure he signs the contract because he’ll probably sign the table.
Interesting.
A player who scored 20+ goals in a season is the worst player he's ever seen for Celtic.
It's a surprise that Celtic haven't won the Champions league in that case.
Or maybe your mate is blind.
