• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Our squad depth apparently is better than we have had for several seasons, and still we continually get turned over away from home. You can point to performances, and i accept some were decent, but if those performances result in nothing then obviously we are not good enough. Only a few weeks ago fans were saying our improved away performances would eventually return points, well that's not happening is it. Thank goodness for our home form, because that really has saved us this season.
Our midfield depth is good but everywhere else it’s a struggle. Idah being out really doesn’t help for Vips situation and our winger depth goes as far as just Nunes with Inoussa out.

That statement about away form getting better would have been true had we sustained that general level of performance but we haven’t done that at home or away. We’ve gone from creating a lot and having decent XG numbers to creating next to nothing. Also I haven’t seen us get the press right for a little while now. We’re tired, it’s as simple as that for me.

Every one of the them should be ashamed, manager included.

Worst performance I’ve watched since the Norwich 5-1 game.

At least our tractor boy didn’t score a brace of own goals this time.
