What ever happens this club need an audit and a massive shake up at the very top. It can't keep being run like this.
I agree. If he doesn't go this week and we win against Coventry he has bought small amount of time. But he will go at some point. Be that this week or few weeks. I would rather do it now. Even if it effects transfers. Nothing to lose.Head relaxed from earlier and I think that a loss to Coventry will be his last. I think he escapes defeat and it gives him a little longer to either turn it around or gets the chop. I don't think anything gets done this week coming.
The next week or so is a big one in bringing some new additions in. Makes things much harder with no manager.
That’s why a Director of Football who knows what they’re doing is desperately needed. Yet more management incompetence.Head relaxed from earlier and I think that a loss to Coventry will be his last. Williams downfall in 1 month is an achievement in itself 100%.It's probably the first time since Bradley that the fanbase has been so united in wanting to see the departure of a manager.
He's achieved that at least.
Last thing we want is bringing in players who are contracted until the end of the season, knowing they won't be here if the worst happens.I agree. Even that has gone quiet. That’s why a Director of Football who knows what they’re doing is desperately needed. Yet more management incompetence.
Exsactly. If we are demanding. Then as we ll know those who have millions in the bank are a different mindset of person. They will be wanting change no doubt. You'd think these new guys in charge would demand someone who knows football runnning the show. They aren't idiots to make the money they have
Absolutely, i can just see Cyrus Christie moving on to Leeds Utd next season when we drop to League 1Last thing we want is bringing in players who are contracted until the end of the season, knowing they won't be here if the worst happens.
We have enough of a buffer with only 1 game between now and the window closes.
I blame Wayne RoutlidgeAbsolutely, i can just see Cyrus Christie moving on to Leeds Utd next season when we drop to League 1
Let's face it, we are about to sign a crock that once played a game for Man Utd, and has stated about 10 games of football the last two years.
We are fucking broken
I blame Kevin CulliisI blame Wayne Routlidge
How can he not go after the results of late? Had his head turned by the supposed interest from West Brom and the club hasn't been the same since. Players seem to have given up playing for him and in return he's publicly throwing them under a bus. We are not losing games anymore, we are being absolutely hammered. Home crowds are staying away in their thousands at a time when the club are hoping supporters are going to purchase season tickets. The sight of the South stand virtually empty on Tuesday night was a telling factor, in that fans have had enough , and don't find watching the Swans attractive anymore. It cannot continue like this anymore and change is needed urgently.Could go either way even at this stage.
We are at a crossroads, it couldn't be argued with if he goes but we are in the need of new players and are going into the last week of the window.
Club have put themselves in a terrible position.
