Any Williams Supporters Out There?

Sick and tired of watching a gormless looking Williams, standing in the technical area, arms folded, doing the square root of nothing when the wheels are literally falling off on the pitch.
it's clear he doesn't know what he's doing, at least show some passion. It's the minimum he can do.

Williams downfall in 1 month is an achievement in itself 100%. 😂😂
Has achieved his objective slate the players every week take no individual responsibilty.
Players stop playing for him and he has a nice million quid minimum in the bank.
Then put his feet up and wait for his next job.
Nice work if you can get it

I'll hold my hands up. I gave him a chance and was shocked when a thread was created few months ago for Williams out. I could see his flaws but was willing to give a chance. My hope dwindled shortly after and then nail in coffin with West Brom and there onwards.
We've had plenty of fans over the years who like to write a player or manager off when they've been here a short time. They weirdly seem to enjoy crowing about how they were right, even when that's a bad thing for the club they support. Each to their own I suppose.

Williams has at no point convinced me, but I was prepared to give him 12 months before writing him off. If we were still bumbling along with a roughly even split between winning, drawing and losing games, I'd advocate keeping him until the end of the season to minimise the pay-out we can't really afford. Now we're sliding fast towards the relegation places and are regularly getting humped with players who don't seem to know what they're doing, I've moved into the camp that says he needs to go asap.

Jesus H Christ. Are things really that low at the moment that some are now fetishising the Duff era?

He talked as much bollocks as Martin and Williams, it's just he had a different brand of bollocks.

Let’s be honest, it’s not just the defeats it’s the manner of them and the opposition involved.
You can make a case for Southampton in the cup but as for the rest there is no defence ( no pun intended).
Factor in the WBA debacle and no sign of any improvement then it’s time for him to go in my opinion

I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday, he doesn't react. Look at Pep, constantly animated, telling players what to do. His post match comments are telling "not my fault, the players should be ashamed!". Complete fraud.

I miss him don't you 🤣🤣🤣 I think the only thing he ever said which was sensible, we have to play with purpose and go forward. As Martin loved us doing triangles at the back. The rest, no thanks Duff 😂😂

Absolutely, the game is running away from us and he's just standing there, arms folded, looking like he's waiting for a bus.

Its like rinse and repeat, every fucking time.

Not sure it would be 'Williams supporters' as such, but there will be people who see the quality of the squad provided to him and the general mismanagement of the club over the past few years as more of a factor in our malaise than he personally is.

I think that's all the difference is. I don't think there are many out there thinking he's the next big thing in management.

I think if and when he gets fired, the reaction from 95% of the fans will be a mixture of 'good' and 'meh' and only a handful of 'oh no!'

Funny thing is, and this is me included in this, I am singling players out. As a whole, yes we have had better squads but on paper there are good players in the squad. Yes we are short and need more depth, but bad coaching has made these players worse. I a struggling to think other than maybe Franco and Darling, if any player has caught the eye of others and we are scared of losing them. Past manager, excluding the odd few, cough Duff, Bradley etc, mostly the club has benefited from us improving players and then getting good fees. Issue is Williams are making players look like they are league 1.

These are word for word my own feelings. I don't think that there's any way back for him.
