We’ve moved twice since buying our first house in 1977, and luckily sold each house in a matter of days and had offers accepted without any delays. Bear in mind we moved into our current house in 1986 and things were very different in those days. Think yourself lucky not having to deal with 17% mortgage rates.

Still all the paperwork to do and until those contracts are safely exchanged anything could yet go wrong but everything happens for a reason and it does appear that at least now it was meant to be!
