We couldn’t win that day, without a massive slice of luck, but we didn’t try. It felt like ‘their day’ from the time I got there. Their fans were like we had been in 2011. They knew, barring a huge banana skin, it was theirs. You just felt it in the air.You sure? Look at who we lost to in the final, and tell me our side then was better than theirs for example.
Raya, Dalsgaard, Jansson, Pinnock, Roerslev, Jensen, Janelt, Canos, Marcondes, Toney, Mbeumo.
Woodman, Naughton, Cabango, Guehi, Bidwell, Fulton, Grimes, Hourihane, Ayew, Roberts, Lowe.
Can't compare the two. Too many Swans fans have rose tinted specs when they reminisce about years gone by. Cooper getting to the play-offs twice was a remarkable achievement.
Plus, as you a]say, their team was better, and better managed. Frank is an incredible manager, deserves much more praise than he gets, the horrible git.
