Oh gosh, this is tiresome. Let me be clear, I am not sticking up for any side.

But let’s face it, unless you are a little bit dim, then surely questions need to be answered over the final verdict.

All I have said is after that verdict today, then surely all the ones in nick serving 3 or 4 years, must be deemed unsafe.

And this is not sticking up for the far right or whatever, if this chap got a few years for this, I would not be celebrating it, I would be on his side.

Someone I know - good heart, bit dim - likes to fly a poppy flag at particular times of the year and had a Reform placard in his window during one of the recent elections. He also happens to live next to a halfway house for immigrants. One day, a charity worker who was visiting this halfway house saw his flag and had the absolute gall to walk onto his property and take pictures of it all. She then went to the police with a claim of harassment, who - and this is the bit that blows my mind - were knocking on his door within a matter of hours asking him questions. Whatever you think of Farage (I'd use the term cunt personally) he represents a legitimate party. Dawn raids up next

Who the fuck this twat from the charity thinks she is I don't know. The police should have told her to fuck off and certainly not entertained her delusions... and they wonder why ordinary people are taking increasingly extreme views

Before the planet swans pinko society claim it never happened, I have the entire Ring doorbell conversation on my phone. This person was contacted by someone within Reform who were desperate to get their hands on the video and even suggested this person meets their dear leader for a photo opportunity. Could you imagine, the headline writes itself

Anyway, said person has a young family and didn't want to invite anymore trouble to his door so rejected all attempts. The flag was taken down and the placard was removed. Intimidation tactics won out and the hypocrisy of it all makes me sick

Two things there assuming this panned out as you said, and I’m not suggesting it didn’t:

1 - the charity worker seems to be a massive twat.

2 - the police received a complaint so were duty bound to follow it up. It’s not their fault the complaint was seemingly spurious.
