• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I didn’t realise it was an 8pm kick off, this doesn’t help the enthusiasm to go. Will see how the weather looks, if it’s like it is now then it will be a sofa job.

Hopefully it will be "Sofa, so good"

3-1 Forest.

Big test for Sheeezy. A humiliation can't be ruled out.

Can't see much of a turnout of die hard fans pitching up for Sheeezy's drab, indifferent, Vanilla fayre.

Also can't see many Forum diehards showing up and actively supporting us on a wet Wednesday...

Shambles with tickets really. Opened up the whole ground expecting it to be close to full, and appear to have sold maybe 4,000? No idea what they do from here to stop it looking embarassingly empty on TV, but good luck

I thought the way they handled tickets for the Plymouth game was bad enough, opening new sections only when there were practically no seats left in the open sections (meaning plenty probably didn't look again and so didn't attend), but now they've gone entirely the opposite way. Looking at the seats available, this is going to look like one of those initial post-Covid lockdown games with fans spaced out around the stadium!

Hardly anyone will be watching it on TV anyway. They will all be watching these matches if they have any sense. 😂

They are looking for a new ticket manager I think I read somewhere. Any sense and the East stand Singing sections would have been opened for this match and the West Stand for the posh fans, old fans, children, etc. they gave Forest 1,976 tickets straight off the bat, and they are all spread out too. Instead of keeping them in one section. Forest have sold around 800 to 1,000 last I heard.
