Looking at the tickets available for this game at the moment, it's embarrassing how empty it's going to look, could have easily just left it with West Stand only. Mm

It would have looked even more empty then. They should have just opened up the East and the West. There was no need to open the South. Youngsters in the East. And the rich and powerful in the West. 😆

6-9 changes I’d imagine tomorrow night.

Personally I don’t think I’d pick all 3 youngsters in the back 4, especially with a reserve keeper likely to be behind them.

Looking forward to seeing Benson start (assuming he’s fit enough to play 60 mins) and a good opportunity for Idah & Widell too hopefully.

They shouldn’t have doubled the price from the last round.

Years ago, cup games were included in the season ticket. Surely a full (ish) ground with people paying for drinks / merchandise etc would be better in the long run than selling very few tickets at £20?

They should have done it for nothing for season ticket holders (or a quid admin fee or something) and £5 for everyone else. Get some new people interested in attending live games.

Line Up Predictions

Fisher
Parker - Casey - Burgess - Smith
Galbriath - Malick - Widell
Benson - Eom
Idah

Bench

Farman - Key - Cullen - Wales - Franco - Tymon - Cabango - Vipotnik

Think that’ll be pretty close.

Personally I’d start one of Key or Tymon but based on the press conference earlier on I think he’ll rest as many as possible and your back 5 will be spot on (well Cabango/Burgess is a toss up - probably 60/30 mins).

Be surprised if Cullen doesn’t start too.

They they listened to you as they are now only selling tickets for half the south and the east stand

Cool 👍🏼 they are now selling just the seats that will be seen on TV. Much better idea.

I think they thought PL team at home, there'll be massive demand. They neglected to consider kids being back in school combined with a late kick off, it's on TV, Forest are a PL team but not a big draw, they won't be playing their first choice players, still the early rounds of the competition, etc.

Hopefully they learn from this. I love the idea of including home cup games in season tickets, but can't see them going that far. Same prices as last two games should definitely be the plan next time.

It does make you wonder who’s making some of the decisions still.

Pricing of cup tickets seems to be something we’ve never been able to get our head around. Remember the massive cock up with the Europa league games! 🤦‍♂️

Tbf I can see the issue with including in the season ticket as no doubt a significant number wouldn’t be able to make it. Maybe you make it buy your ticket and get one free (or half price) so you’re still having to opt in each time.

Hopefully this fan village will take shape sooner rather than later. If they've got things lined up prior to games it makes it slightly more appealing to attend.

Getting back and forth to the stadium is a chore upon times, especially when the rain is lashing down.
