Quick Overall of match today. Stamenic in the first half had more freedom and pushed more up front and seems that brings out better player than the usual Fulton role. VP well is on fire. Thought overall we had some good spots. Don't think Norwich are as bad as many are saying, they seems to move the ball well, but we did leave gaps. Widdell needs a start. Franco is better used as a sub or to start but not with Stamenic. We did revert back to slower football in second half which wasn't fan of and still worried about this. But we need to continue to move the ball with pace and drive forward like we did in the first half. Maybe this is why we left gaps? But I'll take the intent of scoring over what we have seen previously.

Chuffed we got the win and the 3pts even though we didn’t perform great, Norwich looked the worst team I’ve seen this season down here imo.

Don’t want to be negative but does anyone think we will pick any points up in our next 4 league games?
It’s a tough run on current form, even the home game is Ipswich which won’t be easy. I’d take 5 points. Doesn’t look great for us.

It seemed that Norwich didn't get the memo about Vipotnik having a cannonball of a right boot
Not many other teams will let him turn and get the ball onto his right foot as easily as they did today

So, haven’t seen anything of today’s game so I’m relying on other people’s views regarding today’s performance.
Delighted with three points but how did we play, any signs of improvement??

Surprised a little by how much sh*t Eom is getting.

He wasn't great, but he played his part, including playing in Vip for the 2nd goal - I get it wasn't exactly a worldie assist, but he got the ball out quickly to Vip when he could have dicked around with it, and giving the ball to Vip ASAP is a pretty good idea in my book right now. He had some runs at the Norwich box as well, his crosses were sh*t, but join the club. He's under the same general attacking malaise as the rest of the team, Vip aside, so not sure why he needs to be singled out today.

He was honking. On and off the ball.

He's been here over a year now. Plenty of time to acclimatise. His performances are consistently not good enough.

We started very well. Stamenic drove forward and played in Vip who still had loads to do but he buried it.
Ronald hit the inside of a post and Eom went clean through but looked like a player with no confidence.
The game got bogged down and we gave the ball away cheaply just before half time and they scrambled it in.
The second half was a non event. In the East stand you could hear people chatting away like an airport departure area as they got bored and minds wandered elsewhere.
Then Vip hit a thunderbolt from the blue and won the game. At that point you could have got very short odds on a 1-1 result.

Played well for 35 minutes, Norwich got a hold of the last 10 of the half, scored and the 2nd half was two teams who were pretty much rubbish.. Vipotnik decided to actually have a go unlike previous games where nobody wanted to shoot, we win..

13th
Won 4
Drawn 4
Lost 4
12 goals
12 conceded

Talk about a midtable team

Never understood why players stand there patheticaly tapping their hands together looking all sorry for themselves at the end of the game. We all know most of them would be off to the highest bidder if they go relegated.

In fairness at least some of the Norwich players did have the balls to face up to their fans who were furious. Darling pretty much just sulked off down the tunnel at the final whistle.
