Great to have the win and 3 points.
At the moment 1 win isn't going to change the current negativity around especially due to performances.
Add how fans are starting to view A.S. with his tactics and line uos.
We have 4 wins but they have been against the current 4 teams at the bottom of the table..
Hopefully the win can be a confidence booster but I still feel some honesty needs to be looked at.
Always on the money. That was getting toxic just before Vip saved the day.

None of us want to post.what are classed as negative, but then again can't have ups and downs game by game.

It does need to be a turning point, but steady as it goes.

Lots of people looked bored today, folk just sat there slouched in seat with their feet up on the empty seat in front of them. We won ugly today, but we won’t win ugly every week and so far it doesn’t look like we can win the opposite way.

Positives:
Three points
Seeing two quality strikes
Some of the play in the first thirty minutes

However this hasn’t done much to appease the growing negativity in the fan base and you could really hear this today up towards the hour mark. Not much entertainment factor involved in what will be an easily forgettable game. And it was cold.
yep, will take the 3 points, but overall , some questions are needed, i can understand the win at all cost needs, but seriously we were home to a struggling side, and we let them look good, if it wasnt for old Vip who was dropped mid week, and top scorer, we offered very little in the area.
Widdell looks as if he could be a player, but was blowing after his short stint, but fair doos he stuck at it.
This wont satisfy the fans , game against Man cty will show whats what .

The thing is, with the outlay made this summer I don't think the board will allow him to amble along, or I'd be surprised if they did

What we don’t know is who we missed out on in the summer. Maybe it’s the case that the inner sanctum are in agreement that we won’t really move forward until we can complete the squad overhaul. It’s a theory at least.

Ultimately this is still a team grossly shy on confidence and attacking intent.
Vipotnik scored with the only two chances he had the entire game and none of them were a clear cut opportunity

The fact that other than that the only other shot on target we had in the entire match was an effort from Ronald that the keeper tipped onto the post after about 25 minutes says everything. One shot on target in over an hour of play remaining

Cullen was shocking playing in the number 10 role, when Widell came on he was aggressive in the press and the tackle, he was committing men and some of his work was superb. He will almost certainly get a start against Man City in the cup and after we get slaughtered in that he won't get a look in again for another month.

On another note, I thought the booking for Burgess was incredibly harsh since he thought the ref had blown for full time. And indeed the ref blew up as soon as the free kick was taken.

Various reasons resulting in actually seeing less games over the last couple of season's
Things settled now but will openly admit that head is ruling the heart especially with the travel and game taking up a good slice of the day.
Sky red button add to the decision making.
The pull of live games is getting less and that "hurts"
