I've got no issue with a ref being pedantic as long as he's going to be pedantic about everything Pego.

Which includes sending players off for second yellows for shirt pulling to stop a player running away from them which, as a ref you will know, is always a mandatory yellow card.

But picking and choosing when to be pedantic? Nah, not for me.
If I remember correctly the shirt pull you are referring to was Illing Jr and he wasn't on a yellow card yet at that time
It absolutely should have been a yellow, but its also unlikely he would have lunged in later on and got booked later on

The ref did miss their full back shoving an elbow into Ronald's face while already booked though after he flicked on a ball and went to run past him

Jay looked for the back / sideways pass first before he took his shot. Your in acres of space just outside the box and your first instinct is to look to do a pass. Even the comms said that. Bless him.

Legend. Right Doc. I like him. Dont know why he gets so much stick
All the angles, as the title of the video states. Not one of them shows him looking for a back pass.

Why do people do this? Is it because they’ve painted themselves into a corner? Is it because they need a commentator to tell them what’s happening? Fans my arse.

Think its better personally if we leave the loan lads where they are. They are playing consistent game there.

As for Parker and Wales I think they'll both go on loan this January aswell think its clear both Matos and Sheehan don't think they are up to the level yet.
Wales? I can recommend a really good optician.

I'm sure some hate it when we win and especially more so when a very much maligned player pops up with the winner.

Last time it was Idah and today's it's Fulton. This place will go in to meltdown when Key scores the winner against Millwall

Of course they do. And I’ll keep saying it, it’s normally the ones who fancy themselves as being football experts from the comfort of their sofas and match day threads.

Not being funny now, but literally as the video hits the 8 second mark, the first thing Fulton does is play the ball backwards to a teammate.

Challenge people's thinking by all means, but if you're going to challenge people, at least get your facts straight first.

Good thing with winning along with the obvious reasons it means we hear less and less from these experts.

The debate is about whether he looked for the pass just prior to taking the shot, which he didn’t.
