S25/26 | The Official MATCHDAY Thread | Swansea City vs Derby County | 7.45pm | The EFL Championship | The Swansea.com Stadium

Does VM even pick the team for this one? He's only seen half of the squad playing once and most of those badly. How will he be able to assess his other options after only one proper training session?
It's probably Doris Day again tomorrow night. 🤦‍♂️

Cabango and Tymon 100% need to come back in after their bans, that should help the back four look a bit more solid. Shame we don't have any replacements for Key as well. Fuck knows what we do in front of then, probably something that involves having Vipotnik and Inoussa on the pitch and Cullen off it.

He should pick the team. Since he has been in discussions about the role he will have been doing his own due diligence (well I bloody hope so) and watching film of every game this season and hopefully last season.

It's not like he just starts at 9am this morning with zero knowledge of SCFC

I think he will go with this tomorrow and first and foremost try to be high energy and irritating to play against. I hope he has taken to Widell and some of the new signings in the early sessions but I think it would be easy to default to those he may know more about at first.
