Hourihane will be a good option off the bench if we’re drawing the game last 30 mins or so.

So who would take a point right now?

I would be disappointed with a point, but less disappointed than with a defeat.

No, I want that W tonight. Fuck Stoke.

No, I want that W tonight. f**k Stoke.

Given our recent history away at Stoke I would ordinarily snap a point out of your hand but this stat did pique my interest.
"Just saw a tweet that our last three wins at Stoke were 1961, 1981 and 2001."
Surely not?

Hourihane dropped... that team looks much more balanced

I'm glad Smith's in. He's been excellent this year. My only gripe would be Naughton again - he's very much backup imo, slows us down far too much and isn't as good defensively as any of our Cbs in that back 3. I know others rate him, but his indecision and slow thinking does my head in. We need better if we want to speed the play up.

So at least Clucarse cant score against us. Does that mean Allen going to score twice?

I think we would have seen Cullen more regularly if he didn’t pick up the unfortunate injury.

I don't. No chance, unless we were behind and he was panicking. He's placed his bet, and the farm is on them. They are both players that can do it. They need to start again. Passing to each other might be good. Can't remember Ayew ever passing to Lowe.
