The Swans finish up the "regular" season this Saturday at Watford when they travel to face the promoted hornets.

The ambition of Steve Cooper and his side is clearly to join Watford in the Premier League next season and a point for the Swans will be enough to secure a 4th placed finish which would mean home advantage in the second leg of the play offs.

Everyone remains hopeful that the EFL can get the agreement from the Welsh government that we could return to the Liberty (albeit in small numbers) for the game but first we have to get this last game out of the way and secure that 4th placed finish.

The game - as with all Championship games this weekend - kicks off at 12.30pm on Saturday and you can of course follow all the action here on Planet Swans and discuss the match with fans from around the world.

Since it looks like there will be fans at the playoff games, it would be nice to get a point against Watford and make sure we're at home for the second leg. They've got nothing to play for so might make a few changes too?

“Swansea are the worst team in the play offs by some distance, really quite incredible how they made it and without some very generous refereeing decisions they wouldn't have been anywhere close.”

They have retained a decent team have Watfor d but this game could have meant a lot more. A few late hiccups from us.

Both coaches are reasonably novices and this game means nothing to Watford.

I can see a 0 2 away win and a shut up the shop mentality. That is fine with me. Get the points on board.

I actually applaud putting out a strong side that la a potential play off side. I know he’ll get flak for an injury, but not from me. They could equally pull up in training, you can’t wrap them in cotton wool and there’s a pretty good rest after today.

Not sure about our two weakest full backs in a 4 3 3 mind, especially against this lot. Still...interesting.
