• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Outmuscled all over the field. I really thought we had a chance of hanging on at 1-0. Disappointed.

Fulton has been a passenger, he blew a golden opportunity to put us 2 up before half time and was done like a kipper for their second goal.

Fulton is mostly a passenger for us, offers very little for us most games, either in an attacking sense or as a defensive midfielder.

Its easy to be doom and gloom, but we have played some decent teams. If we cant beat the dregs, thats when we start worrying.

We shouldn't be starting with Grimes, Patino and Fulton as it leaves a gap between the midfield and the front pair and of the 3, Fulton is clearly the one who should make way for someone who can play between Grimes & Patino and the strikers.

Can you see where our first win is coming from? I can't.

I don't understand it, we bring on a big 6'4 striker and suddenly we are shy of putting it into the mixer for him when we have been doing it all game.

Fulton is your steady Eddie type of guy, asked to play in a role where you need to be creative and chip in with goals.

Not going to happen with him is it!?

Fulton moves in to space very well. He’s not a defensive midfielder. If you see him as a defensive midfielder it’s no surprise he’s not doing his job.

We are looking worse than bang average at the moment.

1 shot on target all match… p*ss poor.

… and people thought things were bad under Rusty.

Kukharevych takes it on the chest and tries an ambitious volley which unfortunately is not on target.
