    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

Massive amounts of free transfers this summer, we need to be on it.
 
If it's true that Wood is a wanted man then sell him pronto. For me he's a slow thinking liability, who's like Bambi on ice trying to control the ball. He kills any pace in our game til we're practically going backwards. File under "way overrated".

Agreed. Our defence wether be personally/structure/shape needs plenty of work if we are to be competitive. If Luke can't see that, then there's no point hoping for anything near top 6.
 
If we're lucky enough to get anywhere near a decent fee for Wood, that could rebuild the squad with effective scouting.
We've done it before.
We just need to box clever as this summer is vital.

If I had to choose between selling Wood or Cabango I would sell Wood but preferably sell both. Cabango plays at a better tempo than Wood but he is consistently more careless with his distribution and has put us into trouble on many occasions with sloppy passes.

In either case I would want us to get in a new partner for Darling in the middle of a back four but understandably right now our higher priorities are goalkeeper, striker, central midfield, attacking midfield and left wing.
 
Can't see anyone other than Russ being interested in signing Wood. Let's hope saints don't go up and they may well be back in for him. If they go up I would very surprised if they wanted him.
