• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Goalkeeper
Centre half
Midfielder
Attacking Midfielder
Left Winger
Striker.
A lot of work to be done but without that we have the following starting 11

Fisher

Key Cabango Darling Tymon

Fulton Grimes

Ronald Cooper Ginnelly

Cullen

It's not superb but it's a solid base for the end of May.......a lot of other teams will be a lot thinner on the ground with loans leaving and players out of contract.

I'd play Cybil in goal before Fisher.

I would be half tempted to go with no goalkeeper rather than play Fisher 😂

Fisher will be backup or he might even be moved on if something can be done.

If the club does its homework and spreads the net wide then there is no reason why we can't be competitive atleast next season.
I think that Attacking Midfield is key for us, we need creativity and someone who can chip in with some goals to help the new striker.

I'd be tempted to play no keeper as well 😂

For his and our sake he needs to move on with a fresh start somewhere else. I think he's on a decent wack.

After Humphreys I doubt they’ll be loaning us another 'prospect'
Depends how much goodwill we got left in the bank after developing Guehi and earning them a pretty penny selling him on that same summer he went back to them.

Marc Leonard turned down Preston apparently.
Not sure if we were ever in for him but there were a few reports.

It's another bottom half finish for me, unfortunately. Whether we finish at the upper end or the danger end will depend on what happens in the summer window, and what sort of start we make. Start well, it builds confidence. Start poorly again and it could be a long old slog like last year.

What we have to remember is - we're a poorly run club with a poor team and squad that contains more poor players than good ones, managed by someone who's promising but still a bit of a novice. It's unrealistic to think we can be significantly better than last season. Playoffs? Forget it. No chance.

I'd settle for 14th/15th/16th, with us being a bit better to watch most of the time. Anything better than that would represent real progress.

Not for me... we need someone putting the ball in the net not assisting others will limited success
