Forgot to cancel my renewal so it was auto renewed.

Bu it did give me the opportunity to cancel and give a reason for cancelling - “sound out of sync with picture”. Not sure it’ll make any difference, but it will let them know people will leave because of it.

I didn't find it out of sync today. It's only home matches I have issue with. Again they tell me it's being worked on but I won't hold my breath

Yeah, the entire game.

It's been shocking for years. Since day 1 of being back in championship. At one point the stream used to pause or never work and miss nearly all of the match. Though this has improved the problem now is audio wjch has been going on for a while. Plus they have stripped it all back. Comes on 4 minutes before it starts. They have no audio half time, Jack's at home at half time has gone, only 1 commentator now and much more.

Why is that? Is it something to do with Sky?

We're getting confused here. The SwansTV commentary (at home games) is AHEAD. Which is really annoying. Behind would be relatively OK - at a push - because at least you're not being told what's going to happen before it happens.

Just stripping everything back. When they returned to the championship they used to have a half time show with a s4c presenter and random hosts. The quality of the stream even then was terrible. Then time got on and year by year it's gotten even worse. Now it's just home games. It's all of the audio not just commentary which is out of Sync with home matches.

Yes, I’ve noticed that problem with the home games. It would be interesting to know the finances of the whole thing. Number of subscribers, advertising revenue (which also seems to have disappeared) v costs. Even if there is a shortfall there are intangible benefits which won’t show up on a spreadsheet.

100%. I work within marketing. And data can only give you so much info. They know by the emails that people are getting turned off and no spread sheet needs to tell you that. I get it with costs. I really do. But at least provide a service that works

The Sky Sports + coverage has been pretty poor every time I was it. Sky TV is a live service, Sky Sports + is a streamed service and it seems beset by problems that streamed services have. The give away on the stream is watch it via a "real" Sky subscription and have your phone next to you with alerts on and you will know the goal before you see it.

SwansTV coverage has always been dreadful and they should be ashamed at selling any service where the commentator is commentating from the same TV picture that you are watching ! Sorry to say its another example of the club doing things on the cheap

I never knew this with Sky. Makes sense actually as I tried it once on Now TV and it was on Sky Sports + and it being a stream. I would be more than happy to pay full wack if I am able to see every game on sky and it worked. But as it's only selected matches I am forced into Swans TV. People have mentioned other options but I'm too old, cough in my 40s and too tired lol to be messing with different options. Younger me would be doing everything. Just want a service from Swans that works. Again it's all of the audio at home games not just commentary. At first I thought it was this but it's all of it.
