• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Hogan bowling leg side too much. Picking him off no problem.

Unfortunately curtailed final games are inevitable when you end the cricket season a month into autumn cos you’ve had to make way for a month of cartoon cricket.

Won't be a problem in a few years when Strauss and the (other) ECB get their way and the county cricket season lasts for 3 games or something...

Realistically we need to get Sussex following on today to have any chance, unfortunately I suspect our weak bowling attack will cost us, either way I think Middlesex will beat Worcestershire even taking into account the forecast for tomorrow.
Those two poor performances against Middx will cost us ultimately...

Absolutely.

Looks like Middlesex can take enough bonus points and points for a draw and will be too many for Glamorgan to overtake. 🙁 We have to win too.

Yes, I think they almost have the 8 bonus pts + 8 for the draw (assuming they don't win) added to the 9 they were already ahead so virtually impossible for us to catch them now.
