Yeah all of Swansea other transfers have been small upfront fees with payments over the rest of the contract. They’re not going to be putting 6m down upfront, I doubt they even have the money to.

I have no idea whether they are or aren’t spot on to be honest. I have only seen the odd post on twitter from them.

I’m just saying that it won’t be a guaranteed £6m fee.

Our owners actually have enough money now that the kind of money we’re talking about is a drop in the ocean to them to lose any sleep over.

And I feel they are too astute and wise to even run close to FFP rules.

And we’re still subject to financial rules, so any transfer we make has a knock on effect for the next 3 seasons. So there will always be a little apprehension when big transfer figures are mentioned.

Well we don’t have an infinite money pit no matter who we bring in to invest in the club. We’ve ran at a loss since being in the championship. And we’re still subject to financial rules, so any transfer we make has a knock on effect for the next 3 seasons. So there will always be a little apprehension when big transfer figures are mentioned.

Of course. But so many fees and salaries are overstated. In and out.
