• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Cheers mate, explains it.

After reading this thread earlier and looking on Twitter I made a post that has now been deleted.
Now after receiving a text I would like to say I was talking about this.
I have no idea what other people are talking about or even think I was talking about.
No need to apologise.

I have told wiser ones than me that IMHO he is Ipswich bound, Darran.
No place for him at Swans except as a bench warmer.
Martin wants the boy from Rotherham and can only get him by moving sone bodies out of the revolving door

If I understand the rules correctly he can’t play for another club this season ruling out Ipswich?

Yes but my initial removed post was getting at the fact he can’t play for three clubs during a season so summin weird is going on especially as Martin hinted at not wanting him here.

Just for clarification.

He has only played for Plymouth this season, so as long as we don't play him, then he is open for another loan or permanent transfer.

He can’t play Sunday either as he’s cup tied, so he’s got plenty of time to secure a permanent move away until the next league game (if it isn’t already tied up)

As yet he has played no games for us this season so technically free to sign for Ipswich and play for them.

Methinks he is being sold more than being brought back to bolster our squad unfortuneately

As someone posted above Darran.
As he has only played for Plymouth so far this season ( and providing Martin doesn't play him in the league ) then he can play for a new club.
He cannot play for us on Sunday as featured for Plymouth v Grimsby in the cup ?
So if he is still here then v Sunderland will be his first opportunity to play for us ?

Yep that’s kind of what I was getting at.

Aw right.
Spent so much time arguing with " certain posters" it's difficult to have a sensible discussion and recognise it now :D

Aye Morgs will be available for the Sunderland game but hopefully (for the lad and his career) he'll be off to pastures new...

I suspect he will

Well if that's the case there's no chance in hell he'll get a game for us unless he doesn't go in the January window.
