So you don't like cheese on toast with Worcester sauce 🤔
Please say yes 🙏

Are you kidding? Can't even stand to be in the same room when my father in law is cooking it , and then eating it. It absolutely stinks .

Fair enough, but your missing out, personally I'd put cheese over my cornflakes 👌

Any extra strong mature grated on baked beans is alright with me.
Does anyone still have cheese on toast?

Fùck aye Dicky, like every morning after my nightshift

I tend to favour the mature crunchy stuff with some nice bread and chutney. Or a nice brie to eat with grapes. I always have percorino or Parmesan and Parmigiano-Reggiano in the fridge for pasta sauces.

For a nice treat

Genuinely absolutely detest the stuff, cheese and chips, cheese with chicken, and cauliflower cheese. For God's sake , who though up these monstrosities. How to ruin any good meal, put cheese on it .

Funny how we’re all different. There aren’t many things that can’t be made better by adding cheese in my opinion.

Some food places put cheese on curry and chips, wtf are they doing.. I'm all for salted butter on crackers with a variety of cheeses, but on curry and chips!

Loved cheese, the strong mature stuff, trouble is we dont do much dairy these days, havent drunk cows milk for nigh on 10 years, oat milk is mainly what we us, even for cooking, like, Yorkshire puds.
I digress, loves a bit of Stilton over Chistmas. Did try some vegan cheddar from Morrisons, it was ok with crackers and a nice tomato chutney, haven't bothered since. 🧀

Strangely enough, my wife hasn’t been able to look at cows’ milk since she had Covid 7 months ago. She only has oat milk now.

That is just wrong on so many levels -yuck! However paneer which is an Indian cheese - kind of like an unsalted halloumi is used in a lot of Indian masalas, tikkas etc and it is delicious.

I have always wanted to try Canadian Poutine though which is basically gravy and chips with cheese curds.

In an effort to overcome my dislike I have tried some of the variations spoken about here; cheese with chilli, cheese with onion, cheese with cranberries, etc. But nothing works for me.

Paneer is excellent-paneer tikka kebabs from Bundobust in Liverpool are amazing.

Poutine- great stuff. Tried it first in Epcot’s Canadian section. There is an excellent Poutine cafe in town too-called Caribou. Does the basic gravy and curds plus an array of specials- brisket, pulled pork, maple bacon etc.
Hand cut fries there too. Really excellent.

I love cheese. Vintage cheddar, mature Lancashire, smoked, with chilli, Stilton, Comte, chèvre

When we had our project in Ethiopia we would have people out there for 4-5 months. I would go over for 2 Weeks and cheese was the number 1 request. There is/was a cheese shop in Schipol and would get some nice mature Gouda and Old Amsterdam at the connection. Dairy is very European and Middle Eastern. Almost no cheese other than a sharp Feta type in Ethiopia.

There is a poutine place in Swansea in that new place on wind st. Not been but doubt dysphagia would allow me to enjoy.
You can make paneer at home just by bringing very gently to the boil some full fat milk with lemon juice - this will separate the fats (curds). You then get some muslin cloth and pour the liquid through it and keeping the curds which you tie up and put a weight on fo 30 mins. Then pop into the fridge for 3 hours and job done.
