Who doesn't like cheese 🤔

The only cheese I've ever disliked is Stinking Bishop....it...well..stinks...really bad...

finding it very difficult to find any decent Welsh cheese in any UK wide supermarket apart from Colliers cheddar..no Caerphilly anywhere...even the cheap stuff...

The original caerphilly is lovely, but the waxy processed stuff you get in the supermarkets is not good. Have you tried Swansea market Bryn?

Great suggestion Ebo....I need to get my arse into Swansea for Masala Bazaar on St Helens Rd soon anyway. They do lovely, special things like Mr Naga sauce, and frozen minced garlic and ginger cubes, that are so easy to use when doing any meal.

That's shocking, we use Cathedral City sometimes, Mrs prefers Colliers though mostly.

Try a nice malt whisky ( Cardhu my fav at the moment) with a strong Cheddar or Stilton. It's the way forward

Got a pack of Mascarpone e Gorgonzola cheese in Lidl's Italian week. Very nice.

I really like an American style grilled cheese sandwich done in a pan. Top tip, use mayonnaise instead of butter on the outside.
