Williams out

We will be here 12 months down the line with people slating the new guy again.
Unless the board start sorting the shit out and learning from previous mistakes then we are just going to be going over old ground down the line.

I am not saying that Williams should stay, I am and have tried saying that change isn't going to make things better.

We can't expect things to improve until the shitshow at the top sorts itself out first.
All this rubbish about them spending this and that means nothing if it's not been spent wisely......that nonsense needs to stop.

I agree with you.

Unless the board are prepared to stump up for a manager with a completely fresh approach that bins pretty much everything to do with the last two coaches, and foots the bill for a comprehensive clear out of the current dressing room, we will almost certainly be back here again in 12-18 months time. Perhaps sooner if it goes tits up a la Duff.

Sad to say it, but I know what my money is on.

Thers an old saying...it goes..." if nothing changes, things stay the same ".

Fortunately for us proper fans, our owners are operating at an altogether different level to forum luddites like Daps and ANH (peas in a pod, must be the same poster, surely).

We are now at the cusp of elevating to the next level - finance; richly assembled talented young guns; a healthy mix of seasoned MVPs with a real attachment to our unique playing heritage, pedigree and class; ambitious, driven new owners with their sights laser focused on the next level - we simply need to get WILLIAMS OUT NOW

Things can't carry on with Williams and a change is needed but it's only going to be a patch job if the other things are not done correct.

The work needs to be relentless rather than broken promises of working on things with eyes even on the next 2 to 3 transfer windows.

Yep totally agree and things need to change at the top so they don't continue to stay the same further down.

Getting rid of Williams is a start but plenty of other things need to change also.......otherwise we will be here again discussing the same outcome for whomever is in charge.

Clubs not learning and it's becoming a piss take now.

He's got one thing right... '' Traveling fans must dispise the sight of me for sure. No issues with that at all''

It appears that the fat lady is singing, and there was more to the WBA links that met eye which correlates with this terrible run of form (though signs were certainly there before this).

Players are just rolling over to get him the sack and he's lost the dressing room. So I'd expect the corner flag picture with a club announcement early next week.

Evidence free bollocks.

If their sights are laser focused how come they haven’t noticed yet that they need to get their Willy out?

If grimes is so fantastic why has he not turned up since qpr? You've avoided this question every week since

That's because we've had Willy in the dressing room.

When Willy is out of the dressing room this is when the Quorum takes real control and the MVP's come to the fore.

Looks like Sheez, Marge, Matty and Joe are about to get their chance to show they can do that consistently.
