Great post! You'll get slammed by some mind...Fulton won it for us today in my opinion... thought he was excellent doing the donkey work in what was a really difficult game in terms of water conditions.

I had been looking forward to Nunes getting a start with Ronald on the bench, but Nunes I thought was poor. His only real contribution today was the cross into the box that their own defender headed under pressure straight to Vipotnik for him to volley in from five yards.Nunes didn't really take his chance & Ronald was underwhelming as usual

Fair play Big D you’re not as dull as you look.![]()
Was disappointed with Nunes today. He is said to be one of the fastest players in the league, by reports, but not seen it yet. Gave it away a few times and didn't seem to connect with the team. I have no doubt there is a player there but he might not have time to get to where we need him to be as time runs down to end of season. I imagine Ronald and Eom will start on Tuesday. Would like Yalcouye to start as well.I had been looking forward to Nunes getting a start with Ronald on the bench, but Nunes I thought was poor. I didn't see any of the positive dribbling running that he showed glimpses of in previous games and there were several occasions where he passed it to nobody or even just straight out of play under zero pressure.
Matos must have told him to pull his finger out at half time but he continued to put his own team under the cosh so he hooked him just five mins into the second half.
Yeah, he has a decent turn of pace & can beat a man one on one but we didn't see either today - disappointingI had been looking forward to Nunes getting a start with Ronald on the bench, but Nunes I thought was poor. Just my opinion, but he looks terrified every time the ball is swung out wide to him. Definitely worth a place on the bench, but not a starter, same goes for Ronald, and that's where our problems lie at the moment.Yeah, he has a decent turn of pace & can beat a man one on one but we didn't see either today - disappointing
You are coming over little obsessed in fairness, go get yourself a takeaway, a slab of Fosters, and put Bangbabes on the telebox. If that doesn't work, try the SamaritansAfter 70 games for the Swans, Eom has 4 goals and 4 assists. 3 goals were last season. Not sure where you get player stats (can anyone advise?) but I'm pretty sure his defence stats are worse than his attack. So he may look industrious, but there has to be a tangible result for his efforts.
I'm obsessed with watching him when the opposition has the ball and he's either not picking anyone up, chasing shadows, anything other than materially changing any elements of the oppo play.
Yes, he is living in my head rent free![]()

That’s why measuring players in ‘assists’ and ‘goals’ is horseshit. They make loads of other valuable contributions to a game. Its worth pointing out Widell's influence on Vipotnik's goal. He was the one who ran the channel and recovered the ball from a pass over the top that Nunes didn't really bother with, he held off the defender and played it to Nunes who put in the cross.
Agreed, yes I should have included him in that too. He was great, battled non stop. It was a game for the meat-and-potatoes players!Fulton won it for us today in my opinion... thought he was excellent doing the donkey work in what was a really difficult game in terms of water conditions.
