100% serious question. I have not seen 1 single person defend Williams today and wants him to stay. Ignore past feelings on him. Who is willing to say they want Williams to stay. And why? Not me for sure. Anyone?????? Brave person if you say it. 🤣

Not looking good for him.
What I fear is him leaving isn't going to miraculously make things better both in the short term and especially in the long term.

I am trying to look at the bigger picture here.

I don’t have any faith that the current leadership can replace him with anyone better and worry we’ll end up with worse

I’m not a Williams fan but there’s no doubt he’s been stitched up the last two transfer windows so not sure how any other Manager would get much better out of the current players

Could it get any worse leaving him in the dugout?
(answer is yes btw)

There's a lot of beep beep beep going on tonight, people have quickly changed their tune over the last couple of weeks. I thought he was shit about a month after he got here.
I'll hold my hands up. I gave him a chance and was shocked when a thread was created few months ago for Williams out. I could see his flaws but was willing to give a chance. My hope dwindled shortly after and then nail in coffin with West Brom and there onwards.

Could go either way even at this stage.

We are at a crossroads, it couldn't be argued with if he goes but we are in the need of new players and are going into the last week of the window.

Club have put themselves in a terrible position.

Oxford have gone 8 unbeaten since sacking Buckingham and appointing Rowett.
Good turnaround and manager bounce as worked for them.
Doesn't necessarily mean it will work for us but you wouldn't know unless you try. Whoever we bring in would need some new faces in the squad

Either way I can't for the life of me see a good outcome, worrying times.

I disagree. Franco was a good signing Ronald not shabby either. Not sure what happened with Abbey signing. Any manager worth his salt could get a tune out of our current squad.

If he goes it will be after Coventry and we will have to lose. Genuinely want to know if anyone wants him to stay. Like I said, I gave him a chance and did not take it lightly to call him out when others did. But refreshing Swansea Website page isn't gonna do anything. As Coleman will not be announcing his departure anytime soon. That's scary.

Head relaxed from earlier and I think that a loss to Coventry will be his last. I think he escapes defeat and it gives him a little longer to either turn it around or gets the chop. I don't think anything gets done this week coming.

The next week or so is a big one in bringing some new additions in. Makes things much harder with no manager.
