Issue is we don't look like winning a game. This lot have given up.

Agree on the last bit. We need a spark and for me the transfer window takes priority for the next day and a half.

I feel that whoever is in charge, with the same group of players as it stands today then any manager will find it difficult.

Doesn't matter who we bring in during this window, the manager doesn't know what he is doing.

This squad with the right coaching, tactics and players in their correct position should be doing better than it is.

It's blatantly obvious to anyone watching us play, this manager is completely out of his depth.

The squad is awful. It lacks talent, variety, options, depth. It's a lower half of the table squad and there's no getting away from it.

But it's currently being managed by a complete tool. Which isn't helping at all.

This squad should not be getting embarrassed by the likes of Portsmouth and clinging on against the likes of Derby and Plymouth.

I'm in the camp that thinks the squad are not as bad as we are seeing. I blame Williams, he's playing too many out of position. Is it any wonder some of them are failing/underperforming/p*ssed off

It's definitely under performing due to the managers short comings.

Assume Coleman is no technical nor tactical expert. Who is telling him where Williams is failing? Is he believing what Williams is telling him? Where are the checks and balances? Would he even notice if e.g. Williams played Vipotnic at RB? We surely need a DoF and sharpish.

Coleman just needs to do what the rest of are and use his eyes when we play.

No need to over complicate things.
