I'm life they say you are who you associate with, the squad are associating with Luke Williams, they are under his guidance and instructions. We need a handful of players before get a new manager in otherwise we will struggle regardless of who is in charge.

you could be right BUT to get people in needs money spent, and if the manager is removed a big slice of that capital would have to be spent,I know it might not work but rather than pay him off what about moving him sideways ( scouting etc) and bring in an "assistant" to sort things that way the club only pays out someone till the endof the season, we get a bounce which keeps the club in this div and we reset in the summer,you have to weigh up the cost of said assistant vs cost of paying him and his staff off.
having said all of above without a min of 4 new bodies of quality in things are going to get a lot worse and to be honest we could realisicly do with 6

What I would say is, Russel moaned about signings the January we didn’t get anyone then miraculously went on a great run within a whisper of the play offs, Luke just had us a few points within play offs with the same team albeit Grimes now gone, until the West Brom shit storm.

This season is still salvageable if we get one or two bodies in by Monday night, then sack Williams Tuesday morning and replace him with someone who isn't a fuckwit. Do that, and I think we'll amble to 15th/16th.

However, if we fail to do both of those things, we are going to do well to stay out of the bottom three.
