Someone needs to convince me that we havnt got a fraud of a manager.
Was happy to be patient, but got a horrible feeling he ain't all that now.
Now now Martin had no preseason and he has to have 3 windows

That match had Morgan Whittaker written all over it....

How can Martin favour Cullen, Dhanda and Fulton over him?

He isnt i think they all dont fit into his plans. As for Whittaker the lad is so lightweight at present he needs to toughen up so a loan move will do him good. I would keep Jay though.

And Cullen isn't lightweight? At least Whittaker has potential.

You lot are embarrassing, we've lost in the FA cup to a Prem team where you would take almost all their players over what we have.
Lets see what happens with the January window, give it some time.

Yeah let's just forget the last three hammering in the league yeah. We played like a league 2 side tonight anyone could see that.

I for one don’t particularly mind RM. He’s a bit of an arrogant pr!ck but I like his playing style. At least in principle that is.

The big issue I have is that playing in his style is damn near impossible for us. We will never have the quality of squad to make this possible as a second division club without owners willing to spend extravagantly. Thus he’s always going to have an “excuse” and he’s not wrong.you need quality throughout to play this way and we sadly do not have this. I think this window is truly going to reveal our intent as a club for a long time moving forward.

If we don’t move forward and improve the squad somewhat significantly, we will be risking relegation for as long as RM is here.

Cooper jumped off a sinking ship, the squad was nowhere near good enough to even compete. He disassembled a footballing attacking team and turned them in a Monk mk.2 team.
Martin has come in and immediately said how bad the state lf it was with the players being so unfit.

If we want to sack every manager after 6months we will push ourselves even further into the mire.

There are some positives from this season, we have brought in a few decent players, we have definitely improved in some areas, but we still need to improve, we do not create enough, same problem we've had for 3 years.

I'm allowed to get it wrong granted. But tonight showed so many misgivings from him. I'll be around ( god willing) the stadium longer than him, tactically the guy just hasn't got it.

As i said they all wont fit into his plans, everyone has potential its pace we need and a new defence. Bennet needs gone as he is a liability Williams can go back. Cooper is to slow and playing Naughton there isnt the answer because he hasnt the pace he once had either. Hamer is also dodgy so all in all we need a good window.

But managed to get us to the playoffs and a play off final in his two seasons ...
Listen, I'm no fan of Cooper, but a bit of perspective, we are going nowhere fast at the moment.

Yes, but he had players that are a step above what we have now. Roberts, Gallagher, Guehi, Ayew, Brewster, Van Der Hoorn, even Mulder or Woodman is a step up on Hamer. There was a lot of quality in our side that has left.

I dont like the results, but what happens if we give someone else the job and the do the same results wise up to the summer? Do you sack them then too?
