• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Wasn't expecting them to go that strong tbh. Ah well, damage limitation and a good run out it is then.

It's difficult to see thats the case given the rest of the personnel - suspect Downes in the middle and as captain too - sign of things to come?

Could be Phil, 3-4-3 formation maybe.

Am I right in thinking no replays in the third round this year? Straight to extra time and penalties if needed?

Yes, ET and penalties

Yes they changed it for 3rd and 4th Round due to the number of recent postponed games

No replays 5th round or beyond anyway

We are 6 penalty shoot outs away from winning the cup

We should be in for that Cambridge Utd keeper....

Not sure how he managed to get to that last minute header!

Fancy letting my mrs know she’s gonna have to pick tonight’s chinese up in her own if it goes to extra time, Skip?

And we have the past the sell by date turkey that is Hamer.

I’d be surprised and delighted if we don’t get creamed.

Mainly because it might show Martin that Downes is a much better Grimes than Grimes. He’s bound to have a stinker now, obvs. On the bright side, Turkey Hamer is bound to have a stormer.

Show her who’s boss mun. I’d tell her for you, but I’ll be picking up two number 24s with rice and some prawn crackers.

At last, a game! 🙂
Could be painful though.
1-3 😞
Let’s hope I’m wrong

That Broja looks like the sort of player we struggle with. Looking at their lineup, they've definitely come here to win.

Strange lineup today, if I didn't know any better I would say its 4-3-3
