If he hasn't got wing backs he shouldn't be playing that system, it's not difficult. Play a back 4 with Naughton & Manning as regular full backs.

When he was appointed after Cooper he was lauded by a lot of fans on here as the next messiah. The fans were told that we were getting a manager in who was going back to the Swansea way of playing football after Cooper was criticised (not rightly in my opinion) for his boring brand of football. As Darran said at the time, quite why there was a lot of euphoria over his appointment is a mystery. The man has done nothing in the game, and having watched him for the last 15 months, isn't likely to either unless Man City appoint him. Time is running out fast for him i think , and 1 or 2 more losses at home could very easily be his swan song.
