Sacking Martin achieves nothing on its own.

We've probably got a dozen Championship level players. The rest, not so much.

Sure, replace him with someone and you'll get a bounce. We'd undoubtedly be more competitive.

It doesn't matter in the medium to long term. Nobody could make a silk purse out of what the rest of the club is set up to give the manager.

Martin could really do with somebody who has the first clue about football to help him but also take some of the pressure off him. There isn't an experienced head amongst them and the footballing side is entirely divorced from the operational side.

I agree with you, the club needs an experienced coach who’s used to working with little or nothing. Not sure he’d agree to it after last time, but I’d defo give him the gig.

Absolutely! Really knew what he was doing. Was it against Everton his first game? His last was against Liverpool and we played well. His sacking was shameful and would disgust any self respecting Jack.
