And no doubt the chief will apologise/wont happen again blah blah blah.
Cvnts the lotta them.

I thought he was going to be some kind of weatherman for a sec.

Beggars belief to be honest. The excellent work of the many is completely destroyed by this guy and Wayne Couzens.

Hard to understand how people like this are in the cops.

There's bad bastards in all walks of life, the Met Police seem to have a serious issue with wrong un's though. You've only named two very high profile cases there, there are many other involving that force. Seems this chap had been allowed to carry on with his duties, despite allegations being made.

The upper echelons will now apologise, and will carry on as they have before.

Horrific.

I'm sure we'll be told very soon that an inquiry will take place and lessons will be learned.

That should deal with it.

Needs to be broken up and totally reformed with new untainted management. It’s beyond salvation as it is.

This relates to just the Met force, absolutely astonishing...

Was reading a couple of articles about this guy earlier. It appears that the incidents took place in a number of different police areas and in some of the incidents there was no complaint or witness refused to give accounts/evidence. In the absence of such evidence then it’s highly unlikely there’d have been grounds to get rid of him. That said, there may have been other cases where there was evidence.
We’d need to know the facts for each case before we get to the bottom of things, but this guy’s going to spend a long long time behind bars.
