The Italian league the same

You're mostly right, except for saying the Spanish league is a non-entity bar the two big boys. Atletico Madrid have won 3 Europa League finals since 2009/10 and reached 2 Champions League finals. Sevilla have won 6 Europa Leagues since 2005/06, including 4 of the last 7 finals!
Even taking out Real and Barcelona, Spanish clubs have won more European tournament competitions than all the PL teams combined since 2000 (10 to 8). Of course all of the 8 wins by PL teams are by clubs who are part of the Super League cabal.
If the Spanish league without Real and Barcelona is a non-entity, then the English league without the 'Big 6' is even less than that...
Aside from that, I'm loving Perez' cheek to state that they're doing this to 'save football'. Apparently less youngsters are watching football these days and the Super League will change all that. Obviously he knows he's talking bollocks, but surely at least one journalist has the stones to point out just what those youngsters are doing with their free time instead and that a new tournament is unlikely to change that.
