• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Dilemma for Matos... does he mix up the defence and bring Galbraith back into midfield and bring in a RB

2 clean sheets without Key is very telling.

I would genuinely consider playing Key in front of Galbraith instead of Ronald.

Key is a decent attacking threat and a far better crosses than our Brazilian superstar. Key's defending and lack of pace backtracking needs huge improvement.

I genuinely view the Stoke ground as akin to the Somme. Cannot remember a game we've had there that wasn't completely and utterly grim viewing

I remember a midweek game there where Chico Flores scored...or maybe I imagined it

I have been to Stoke twice to watch the Swans each time we won. Unfortunately the 2 matches were not at the Victoria Ground or the Britannia/Bet365 Stadium.

I wouldn't. Keep with what is working. Only change for me is VP for Idah.

It was just after Laudrup got canned. Theer were rumours that Chico tried to bonce Monk with a brick in training. This was soon after so it was significant that Monk singled out Chico for praise after the game, calling him a warrior.
While making sure he got rid of him, and anything else not ‘steak and chips’. Great servant as a player, great captain, twat of a man.
