Yet again there is no time to reflect too long on one game before we head straight into the next and the Swans face Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday night looking to keep up the pressure on Watford and Brentford (as well as Norwich) at the top end of the Championship table.

Avoiding defeat will mean that we will match (or surpass) last season's points tally with 10 games to go and move us closer to the ultimate goal of a Premier League promotion in what promises to be one of the most closely fought promotion battles for some years.

For their part Bournemouth are pushing themselves for an immediate return to the top flight after relegation last season and sit on the edge of the play off zone looking to secure that much coveted top 6 place come the middle of May.

As ever on Planet Swans we have for you some of the most comprehensive pre-match coverage in our matchday thread that will bring you all we need to know over the next few days as well as all the chat during the match together with every post match follow up you would wish to read (and maybe even more!)

Would take a point here also, but we should be confident, they haven’t been anything special of late and struggle to score goals like us.

Whilst we've got 2 potentially difficult games this week both Brentford and Watford have, what appear to be 2 straightforward ones, the table could look very different come 5 o'clock next Sat.

I would probably start with the same team that started against Luton for this one, then bring back Bidwell and Fulton for Cardiff.

MEET THE REF

Tuesday night's referee is a man who once sent off three Swans players in the same game. Anybody remember that night back in 2009?

This was the game that, for me, sealed our relegation. The day Tom Carroll put in the worst performance I have ever seen from a Swansea player. **Shudder**

Oh God, I hope he's improved since that Scunthorpe game.

The wording on the swans website is slightly confusing, but I assume it's a "dark regions" jobby only. On that subject I also assume the Cardiff game is available for UK ST holders package as well as on sky? You know what they say about assume though.

I think we need a derby to raise the performance levels. He really nice to go into it on the back of a win.

Yeah sounds like if you live in the UK it won’t be available on swans player because it’s a sky game.
